Quirks in recent update

The app's been working beautifully for a taste-test-type of mp3 software or whatever, but there's something in the latest update that pauses the music outright when I open the photo app in both Default and Mixed mode. I tried to work with it at first, but it got really annoying as time went on, misswiping and simply trying to get shots of something every other moment, although it keeps playing if I'm using my Voice Memos app at the same time, curiously enough.
That, and the file sizes stopped showing up in the...files...section. I'm not sure why that's gone in the most recent update, I'd like to know how much of the 200 megabytes or so my podcasts are taking up, haha.
Oh! and the music speeds are kind of funky. I usually don't mind the crumbly bumbly nature of them, but as I took up listening to Crystal Castles again, not being able to hear the changes in pitch from the .95 and 1.05 speeds kind of bums me out. Again, no dealbreaker, but things keeping me from considering this app absolutely perfect. I'd buy it several times over if I could.

Was fine until the last 2 updates

The app was great when I first got it, would be five stars, but lost a star after an update because the album covers thing got screwed up. It would either choose its own, or not have one at all. Other than that it still worked fine. After this latest update, I’m very disappointed. It stated that the album covers thing would be fixed, I go into the app and all but a few of the album covers are not there. Just blank. The ones that do have covers are not the original cover I chose for the album. Just all the same picture from my Google drive. When I chose edit image, it fixed it for just the album image, not the album images next to the songs. And that’s not all, I can’t even upload songs from Garage Band to the app anymore. I use Garage Band to make songs and I copy them to Evermusic. Now, it doesn’t give that option. It just says “Evermusic” and it loads the song and then nothing happens. It’s not in there. At first I thought this was a problem with the Garage Band app, but when I went into Evermusic I discovered that there is now an option to upload your songs from in the app by just choosing one from files. I did, and it just loaded and loaded and didn’t do anything. If you fix this stuff, I will change my rating to 5 stars. Thank you in advance.

betsyyreyes ,

it’s just that, amazing.

Although not perfect. I just upgraded my phone to the eleven max pro and it had refused to let my old app (musicloud pro) download onto it since it is no longer in the appstore. And evermusic was the best bet I can find to something akin to my old app. All my music was downloaded with ease, and I absolutely love the organization feature so I can rename all my files! The music plays nicely, the templates offered are absolutely insane and I just love everything about the app. The only thing I must comment on though is the file photo cover.

I tried many times to switch the covers with one of my own from dropbox but it never loads, although my personal photos will load onto playlist covers. I just wish there was a way to fix this, and to edit album covers (so that all the songs from the specific album can have the same personalized photo automatically) just like I can edit playlist covers. The file covers they have accumulated from the internet are mostly abhorrent and I just can’t stand them lol. I’ve seen that this has been a problem from the past from other reviews as well. Other than that, this app is still amazing and I’d drop my money on it again any day!
