Ever plan a party? Feztival is a great way to organize your event, guest list, potluck, agenda etc. Guests can share pictures & chat with the group on the event timeline!
Feztival is a party planner app that incorporates social media features. Feztival allows you to create events and invite your friends to join. Feztival can help you organize potlucks, set event agendas, and manage your guest list. Once you have set up your event, you and your guests can share photos and comments within your event's timeline. Feztival even lets you know when your guests are on their way and also allows guests to continuously share their distance to the event with others. People can also join your event by simply scanning the event's QRCode generated in the app and in the event webpage which is automatically created for each event. You can also enable the ticket scanning feature and invite your cohosts or a ticket scanner to scan guests' Feztival QR code tickets for admission (useful for a private party with someone at the door to let only those who are invited in).
Privacy:
Feztival is designed with privacy in mind. We do not store contact info on our servers; we do not store GPS location on the servers (other than the distance to a single event if you decide to share). Users can control the privacy of each individual post; users can set an automatic deletion of their event and its timeline/photos. Users have the right to be forgotten.

Loved the ticket scanner for private party
I recently organized a private party in a local bar, and wanted to make sure the bouncer only let my invited guests in. I was able to invite the bouncer to be a ticket scanner and guests showed their Feztival tickets for entry. Also loved the other features like photo sharing.
Fantastic App…but no sound?
I have an upcoming event this weekend and this app was the answer to all of the confusing group texts going on at the same time.
However, I notified that the notifications from the app are just banners that are displayed on your phone…there is no actually “sound” that is played - which creates a communication issue with all my guests.
My app settings all allow notifications, my iPhone settings also allow all notifications, and my phone volume is all the way up.
Im slightly disappointed as a result because it really is a neat app, but means to communicate and be up to date is extremely important to event planning.

Thank you very much for the feedback and for reporting this issue. Thanks to you, we have resolved this tiny bug in our side. Notification sounds should now be working, as long as notification sounds are enabled in your iphone.

Great for party planning
As the world keeps opening up, I’m excited to use Feztival more and more for parties and gatherings. We used it for a wedding and it was great to share pictures and connect with other guests.
