Final Fantasy XV: War for Eos 12+

It’s good BUT

I like this game I’m old not high tech but it’s fun to a degree. At first there is a lot of building and it goes fast then it gets slower and you may need to spend money to progress faster. Then the leveling up you hero’s is not easy at all it takes time and again money lots of money if you want to compete with the big guilds in which you can’t because they have spent BIG money to get there. The one thing is if you are in a good guild you will make friends and you laugh. So I’ll stick with it but I can’t pay the big money I’m retired on a fixed income. But again it’s a good game. I played thee very first FF game. Lol

BUYER BEWARE!

When I first discovered this game I was pretty excited. I had played the first FFXV game and was happy to start a new one. The game itself is pretty good, although there are some glitches, more than the first one. The graphics are good. The gameplay is decent and it can be quite enjoyable. The packs are more affordable than on the first game but it’s still pay2play. The problem lies with the developers and their attitude toward resolving player’s problems. There is a pretty common glitch involving lack of attack notifications. At this point in the game there’s really not much defense except to bubble so if you lose your bubble you will likely be zeroed unless you’re reinforced. It’s quite expensive and costly to make troops so you’re looking at a long road back to restore your troops/power. I recently discovered that the developers will only replace your troops ONE time for the duration of the entire game. Even though the lack of notifications is their fault and the cause of your troop loss they will not ever replace them again. This is absolutely outrageous! People spend a lot of time and money on this game and refusing to compensate players for a developer caused problem is absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable! I have dealt with these developers in the previous FFXV game and they were terrible but now their greed is really off the chain. If you plan to spend any money whatsoever I would advise extreme caution.

Final Fantasy fan for life!

I don’t write reviews, but I will for this game. I started it a few days after it came out and getting in early on these games is important. If you’re a fan of Final Fantasy (especially FF15) you should pick this up. If you’ve ever played these types of games, they have a pay to win element to them, but you also don’t have to spend a dime if you don’t want to. You will level slower than someone spending $$$ and you’ll also not have access to some heroes and cosmetic things. But even with that, you still have access to A LOT of things. Noctis, Gladio, Prompto, and Ignis are all free to play with and leveling them up is fun but Grindy. Also, if you don’t join an active and helpful guild, it’s not as fun and captivating. My guild is awesome and so helpful and active. We are ranked 30th on our server. Anyways, this game is tons of fun and I recommend it. The battle system is good, you have access to limit breaks and items from FF like Phoenix downs, potions, etc. They haven’t added everything yet, so I’m excited to see where the game goes in the future.
