Secure your account with a 4-digit passcode or biometric supported devices. To use the First CU Access app, you must be enrolled as a First CU digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Why do you need to change what works. Now I can’t get back into my account. It keeps telling me to update. I went through the whole process then tried to go back into my account & a message comes up to update my account. So I irritating. Going back to writing checks. Now I tried to put my nickname several ways & a message tells try another name because the name is taken. I tried other names that also failed I would like to say I only have one NICKNAME. Who made this mess????

I used to work at the Hilliard branch for about 5 years and I loved it. When you created the new page with the photo check deposit I was a little worried since I am not tech savvy. But it is fabulous! I live in Florida and kept my account because I was familiar with how it works and I am so grateful for a credit union that makes things so easy.
