can improve more

The following are good points to improve- have an online support system - live chat- using the exsisting savings account rather than using a new account - periodic auto payment system- online reload, wifi bill etc.- the interface should be more attactive .But anyway good than frimi. Good job guys.

1. The features, what’s the point of a banking app without the ability to link the bank accounts? nothing, precisely. Doesn’t allow you to add commercial nor other banks. So much fun. Super useless. 2. The customer service, I sent a message via the website hoping for a quick response but surprise surprise, no response. I emailed them after 2-3hrs cuz I really was in a hurry, and got the response saying “send us your request through using message to bank option.” Like ? Okay 🙂 Deleted the app right after. Sorry about the double font, I wanted to be precise with what I was quoting cuz that’s directly from the email response. But oh well, this was a waste of time, but reviewing it so you won’t have to.

Flash Better than frimi

All account transaction can control. If i add another bank account to my flash account I can easily transfer money between two bank without paying fee.. nice looking app. Good ui ux. I used both flash and frimi. Now I most of time use Flash. Also there is low transaction rate between another bank account only rs:30. (Frimi rs:35). I’m very happy. Life is much easier with flash.
