Love it!!

It’s amazing for people who often don’t like the gym and prefer working out alone, this would be the perfect alternative also your saving money! This app has a variety of options just for you, and what you like! If you have a schedule of what days you work out specific muscles or legs, arms etc! This app is perfect for you, I can’t wait to see my results!!! I’m so excited, starting out at 150 Lbs and going back down to 125 has been a real goal for me and I’m so excited for the journey! Hard but worth it

To be honest it is very hard but this is totally helping I was at about 92lbs after two days I lost a lot and was some how able to get at 83lbs you should totally get this app not to mention I don’t even have the premium pack and it helped that much

Really like

I’m not a big fan of the gym, and as a heavier girl I like this as a start app. It has gotten me up and moving and I can tell I’m getting stronger on certain exercises. However I don’t know if it’s just on my app or what but the video for the long arm crunch is wrong, the video shows bird dogs or opposite arm leg raises but in the explanation it says to lie back and extend both arms. It took me a few workouts to realize I was doing the same workout twice and another workout was supposed to be doing. Other than that I love it.
