List files and folders as plain text
FolderLister is a simple macOS application that lists files and folders in any folder, drive or removable medium that you drag into its window.
If you have a workflow, for instance if you are a software developer, graphic designer or animator and you need to copy and paste lists of file names which need to de processed in another app, document system or, for example, documentation, you can use FolderLister to instantly list these file names.
A quick Reload command refreshes the last list to enable listing of quick-changing folder contents. Up to 10 recent items can be instantly re-listed.
• easy to use interface for listing files
• simply drag & drop folders onto the application or its Dock icon
• can include subfolders
• can show filenames or full paths
• can include hidden files
• file name filtering to only add specific file names to the list (eg. "*.jpg")
Added file name pattern match (for example if you only want to list *.jpg files) and an option to show (or not show) the folder names in the result. File name extensions can now be hidden. Also, a new icon and new About window were added.
