Obviously not a mobile first designed app. Could change the input default values to number for account numbers. No Print button Would be nice to have a print button at the end of the transaction where you are encouraged to print the page.

There’s nothing on this app that makes it more convenient than just using the website. Definitely pass unless you don’t want to use your browser and want to be able to check your refund and make a payment within the app. You’ll still have to fill out a bunch of form fields to make a payment. If you already have an online account there’s no way to link it to this app.

This app sums up the entire Franchise Tax Board. Absolutely useless and broken. Their stupid website brought me here to pay business taxes and there is NO BUSINESS OPTION. If they put the idiots who pitched and developed this app behind some phones to answer calls at the FTB, it would accomplish an unmeasurable amount more than this brick of an app.

You can’t even login, when you put in your Social Security number and your name and then it says it doesn’t match their records. It’s a ridiculous site that has no options to do much of anything.
