GoHawk - Driver is our premiere truck management and logistics application. It can help your company keep track of your fleet in real-time, see truck states, and allows drivers to search for any well site in Texas. You can use GoHawk - Driver as an individual or as an entire company. Please note that this application relies heavily on GPS and continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life.

Only thing I wish it had was an off-duty mode where it doesn’t track your location when you’re off work. No reason for location tracking to be on when not using the app. I get that they need it to find us loads, but my phone alerted me of the app tracking my location 131 times within a couple of days. A bit excessive I think. If you change location tracking from “Always” to “Only While Using” app, it signs you out of the app completely. Other apps have that option where we become available/ unavailable for a load. I don’t see why this one doesn’t.

GoHawk is very reception sensitive, and therefore the upload directly after taking the picture within the app is sometimes (a lot of times) not working. Therefore, please include the option to upload images from the gallery instead!!!!

The makers of this app doesn’t know anything about being out in the field. One minute you have service as a driver then the next 24 hrs your data is gone! Also to rely on it to order the sand?...No sir! I’m sure they are very proud to make something that is tied into the oilfield and will fight tooth and nail to defend their creation just like most people would. But bottom line.... it just doesn’t cut it out here in the field. Instead they should group up with the ELD companies and pair them instead and use the satellites instead of relying on different carriers that only work in some areas!

Great in theory You need to allow Driver to EDIT arrival and departure times when Detained and turned away loaded!!!GEO fence is Not Reality!!!Must be able to go into past loadsAnd edit and Upload pic of Bills if neededNo history available to track your loads either for the week?(Example)Most companies don’t pay Detention and When your stuck on pad and leave loaded cause Well is down it shows you empty, (when Your Not) Driver won’t be held hostage for Free!!!HOS Stay out of that area with your 14 hr timer!Oilfield has multiple Trucks running Paper logs and Line 5 waiting at Well on ELog100 Air mile rule alsoWhen You run us out of the PoolWe have to get someone to reset us and get back in a pool and miss loads from this process!!!These are just a few issues
