Doesn’t do the basics reliably

We have peak charge rates between 4 pm and 8 pm. We need the scheduler to avoid charging between those hours. Well, it doesn’t work reliably and failed today, so we are expecting $30 dollars on our electricity bill.
If it cannot do scheduling reliably, what is this app good for? Might as well plug my ev by hand after 8 pm and unplug before 4 pm.
It worked until last week and now we lost trust in it.
Two stars for the statistics, and the new app.
Cannot give more than that if it is not schedule rock solid.

Simple and easy

I’ve had the charger for 3 months and it’s exceeded expectations, probably because of the negative reviews. The app is simple to use and always has been responsive for me. I have a mesh Wi-Fi network that probably helps on that front. Would recommend if you have strong Wi-Fi in your charger location.

There’s one request I have: When looking at charging history, the avg current should use charging duration as the denominator rather than session duration. The avg current numbers are understated with the current equation. This doesn’t impact functionality and honestly it’s the only thing I would change. Great work!

Meh

I quite like the EVSE itself (although I’ve had issues of it randomly disconnecting), but the app needs a lot of work. It looks nothing that’s in the photos, it’s much more basic.
