What sets the app apart?
With BestFit you don't train a workout plan designed for someone else. We provide each user with their own personal workout plan for the gym, based on their goals and settings. Every plan is based on a unique TRAINING METHOD that gets the most out of your gym sessions. The workout plan fits perfectly to your fitness level and grows with your progress.
How do you do that?
We have developed an ALGORITHM that creates every workout plan from scratch. Each plan is unique and will be created just for you and your possibilities in the gym. We have no ready-made plans from supposed professionals, everything is based on years of research and development work in COOPERATION WITH THE KIT (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology).

You will never have to ask yourself how much weight you should take. We will take care of that and always suggest the optimum one for you. We will support you right from the beginning and we will adapt the weight according to your performance.
We also simplified the plan creation wizard and added a view to record your endurance workout.

Great app with an easy to understand and use UI... Good job... First of all I like that the app is free and without ads... Hopefully it stays like that. Secondly, I would like having an option to curate your own workouts. If you can add a feature wherein you can keep record of the calories consumed daily, that would make it a comprehensive health app.

We try to find an optimal balance between absolute freedom and requirements. We are already a long way ahead of our competitors in terms of the settings which we are currently making possible. However, in order to meet the requirements of sports science and current research results, we have to make a few specifications. If you don't like your training plan, just create a new one and the split and/or training method may change.
To the current point we focus on the fitness area.
Nutrition is a topic of its own and must be considered separately.
We still have a lot in planning, be curious and look forward to it.
