From beginners to experienced bodybuilders, Gymfile will help you plan your workouts and log your trainings. Get inspiration from the 100+ included exercises with animated images organized by muscle group and equipment needed. Once you set up your workouts you can easily log and keep track of your progress and reach new personal exercise records.

Get complete information of your workouts including 1RM and volume, complete history and progress charts.

You can also add your custom exercises, so you wether you do strength training, muscle tone, bodybuilding or powerlifting, you can create the workouts that match your needs.

You go to different gyms? Equipment varies from place to place making it difficult to track the weight you lift. You can enable location-based exercise variants and Gymfile will automatically select the variant based on where you are and keep a record of the weights for that location.

Keep track of your body measurements and get automatic values of body fat percentage, BMI (Body mass index), Lean body mass and FFMI (Free fat mass index), all with HealthKit integration.

Gymfile supports iCloud backup so if you lose your phone or switch to a new one your history is safe.

I like the new features

The best app for creating complete and customizable workouts. The graphics are very nice and the app is intuitive to use. The app syncs to Apple health and it also has the ability to backup your workout history.
