The Häfele Connect Mesh app offers extensive control options including the control of electrical fittings technology in furniture and rooms. The Häfele Connect Mesh functions in detail: - Switching lights on/off and dimming. - Turn on/off and dim multi-white lights, adjust color temperature. - Switching on/off and dimming RGB lights, adjusting the light color. - Presetting individual lighting scenarios for different occasions. - Controlling TV lifts, electric sliding doors or other electric drives from the Häfele range. - Use individually or in a group with different scenarios and areas. Setting up the app is quick, easy and intuitive. Special features: Everything under control immediately: With the Häfele Connect Mesh app you can control all your lights and electrical fittings at a glance, individually or in a group. For example, create a group for the kitchen, office or shop lighting and easily switch all the lights in it on and off. If the living room becomes a home cinema, you can dim all the lights with one click. Available scenes for all occasions: Create individual scenes that can be accessed at any time for different occasions. Store the right light and the position and function of your electric fittings in these - for dinner, the working environment or a promotion in the shop, for example. The imagination knows no limits. Share your network securely with friends and co-workers: If you want to share your network in Häfele Connect Mesh with others, the app offers four security levels. You'll be set up in no time.

Update: Schedules do work now, but limited. Devices (groups) cannot be used in multiple schedules. For instance, I want lights to turn on for a couple of hours in the evening, then again early in the morning. If I set up two schedules to do this, neither works. I can only include the group in one schedule. It would also be nice to be able to include individual devices in a schedule. Currently, you need to create a group with a single device if you only want that device. Another recommendation for schedules is to have the default to every day instead of no days. Last comment is a repeat from my original review - which “hubs” or “gateways” will work?Original review: V2 is much better than V1. However, the newly added schedule feature doesn’t appear to work properly. You can set up schedules, but nothing happens at the scheduled times. My lights don’t turn on. Scenes don’t work properly either. Once you create a scene, you can’t turn it off or deactivate it. I had to turn the lights off manually and delete the scene I created. Integration with Alexa isn’t described well. It appears that you will need to purchase a connect mesh “hub” or “gateway” that will connect to the bluetooth connect mesh network, but no information is provided to describe which devices are compatible.

Dear Hackettcs, thank you very much for your feedback! The scheduling issue you raised has been fixed in version 2.04, which is already available for download. Scenes work as they should. Bluetooth mesh scenes can be understood as stored light values that can be activated. As all the lights in a scene can be in other groups/scenes, we never know the previous state. So it's not possible to switch them "off". As you described, the Häfele gateway is required to connect to Amazon Alexa. App still has many issues

Please, please stop updating this app. You’re making it worse. Every update makes us move backwards. Now when I connect every room, every device is labeled in the opposite state it is actually in. It says the light is on 100% when in fact it is off.
