I can quickly log what I’ve eaten or even check what’s better to order for lunch to keep a good balance of fats, protein, and carbs.After just a week, I already noticed which things I tend to go over or miss, and how to adjust them. I also love that it tells me how much I can still eat for the day, so I make my dinner choice based on that.Another bonus — I realized I wasn’t drinking enough water, and now that’s improved too.
