和平智慧养老app提供了四个不同角色的功能 1.“我是老人”角色是提供给和平区老人用户使用，方便用户购买实体商品；查看政府咨询，上传饮食信息，报名参加社区活动等功能。 2.“我是服务单位”角色是为服务商提供的功能模块，服务商可以在这个功能模块接收到老人用户的预约订单，并进行处理。以及管理商户信息的功能。 3.“我是服务人员”角色是给服务人员提供的版块，可以用此app进行相应订单的服务记录，以及修改订单的状态。 4."我是评估员"角色是为了给政府工作人员提供办公便利的模块，工作人员可以使用此模块随时对管辖下相应的机构进行评估操作，并查看相应的结果记录。
