$1 to book Appointment!

Hands down the service and quality of Cuts are the best around! The issue is the side hustle to book an appointment online for a $1.00! Cmon Man it's not right to loyal costumers, along with all the online hacking of credit cards that goes on nowadays! Get it together and stop charging to book appointments!

Worst app

This is a review of the app and not the services of the barbers. This has go to be one of the worst apps ever. It’s like it was made in a high school coding class. It never works well, logs you out on every screen, most of the time it doesn’t load half the screen so you can’t even schedule an appointment. They want you to book everything through the app and get annoyed if you don’t. You can call but they don’t have appointment books or a system there so don’t bother. It this is your main way to book appointments and make your money you would think someone would actually care to make it functional. You mention it to them and their like “it’s out of our hands”. Hands down a horrible experience. I’ve tried for the last 2 weeks and still can’t book and appointment because the calendar doesn’t load - sorry Liz I tired but I’m going to have to go somewhere else - what a shame.

Haircuts are great! App is terrible!

I’m not here to review the quality of the haircuts because they’ve always been good no matter who cut my hair. The app on the other hand is garbage. Sorry to be so harsh, but dead taps/links, freezing and definitely not up to date. It’s basically mirroring a website. If you’re going to create an app then make it an app UI. If you want people to go to a website, then just direct people to a website. And charging to set up an appointment?? Way to nickel and dime loyal customers.
