Maybe Tech needs to step back and smell the coffee.

This app as well as others seem to have a mind of there own. Today after finishing a walk of less than a mile I see that to my surprise I’m now listed as having the premium health app. I certainly did not subscribe to it although I have been continuously badgered to upgrade and I have been equally resistant to not fall for their marketing ploys. This technology has become more intrusive in our lives every day and the user community continues to pay the price. Is your life really any easier or has your anxiety and aggravation only increased due to the “Smart People”? Sorry for the rant of an older voice, but I can’t imagine I am alone. Must admit there’s a lot to love about tech in general, when it works, but too many issues that are never worked through before introducing the next new and improved version. The industry is going to end up “ killing the golden goose” if they continue in the current direction. And AI…seriously?

Missing source

The app dies not tell me what apps or devices (yoga, workouts, watch, walks or hikes) are feeding info to it. I am having to find them by trial and error.
But otherwise I love the clear picture I get of my day by being able to not display activities I do t participate in.

Doesn’t even work!!!

So I’m on an Apple iPad and there is no Health app for iPad so I tried looking on the App Store to find a health app and this is what I found so I downloaded it and I tried it but it literally does nothing? And the fact the format is a phone shape—I have an iPad! Not an iPhone! And it was so small why can’t you just make the size good for iPad? Like can this be an app for iPad? Because iPhone already has a health app. It’s just ridiculous how Apple can’t even make a Health app for iPad and only iPhone! Like, what if I want to count my steps? Or drink water? I get that it’s too big and is only suitable for iPhone, but maybe develop some way for iPad users to do the same? Like a pocket can’t fit an iPad, but a big purse or big backpack can fit an iPad. So my suggestion is that you (or Apple) develop some way to track everything you do not only on iPhone but also on iPad! Like it could use a motion sensor when you put it in a purse/backpack.
