CREATE OWN SERVICE PLAN: With HLth.care you can easily create your own roster in the app. It is automatically synchronized with your smartphone calendar.

WORK IN TEAM: Teamwork is the super power of care. Form a team with colleagues from your department. Share your roster with them in HLth.care and let the app automatically create an up-to-date team roster for you all.

KEEP THE OVERVIEW: The automatically created team roster shows you the current roster for the entire team. It updates itself completely automatically if your smartphone has an Internet connection and is independent of the employer's duty roster system.

CHAT IN TEAM: Communicate with your team via the built-in, encrypted team chat.

COMMUNICATE FREE AND SERVICE DESIRES: You can enter free and service wishes via app and send them to your team leader. If you wish, a copy of your wishes can be entered in your own calendar. Your team leader receives all entries from the entire team clearly displayed in a web portal and can give you feedback with one click via push message whether your wishes can probably be considered.

NO DATA COLLECTION: To use HLth.care we only need your e-mail address. All other data that you can enter in the app will be needed for teamwork and will not be used for anything else. The app does NOT transfer any data to our servers, which you store in your smartphone in another context. For example, your address directory does not end up on HLth.care servers.

REQUIREMENT REQUIREMENTS PER APP: You can now submit holiday requests online via an app and receive feedback from your team leader there as well. We make the decision easy for them by providing clear summaries of the holiday requests on the office computer. It does not need any additional software - an Internet connection is enough. As a team member, you can enter your approved holidays in your calendar months before the actual duty roster comes out and thus inform the whole team about your approved holiday.

EXCHANGE SERVICES: HLth.care helps you to find exchange partners for services for which you have been planned and which you cannot take over. If necessary, you can include your supervisor in the chat communication in the exchange.

SERVICE EXCHANGE: Answer exchange requests from your teammates and let HLth.care support you in making suitable exchange offers. In return, you will receive valuable HLth Coins for which you will receive free months.

PARTICULAR YOUR EMPLOYERS: The use of HLth.care saves you considerable time for team organization. Your employer can activate further modules that will relieve you, your team and its leaders even more.

BE UNFORCED: The use of HLth Coins guarantees that the financing of the comprehensive and secure infrastructure of HLth.care is secured and that your user data does not have to be sold for advertising purposes.

NEW WORKING TIME MODEL: HLth.care also supports you in implementing new working time models. If you are a part-time member in several teams, HLth.care allows you to view all rosters simultaneously and take part in the roster chats of all your teams.

SICK NOTIFICATIONS: You can send them to your employer via the app. Optionally you can send the medical certificate to the personnel department. Your team leader can manage unplanned absences via HLth.care Failure Management.
