This is the story of a naive newcomer who just came to Los Angeles to become a star. Together with the hero, you will try to climb to the very top of the Hollywood Olympus. Live in a virtual LA, make useful acquaintances, use any chance and become a real shark of show business.

RANDOM EVENTS, THE RESULTS OF WHICH DEPEND ON YOUR ACTIONS

RELATIONS WITH FRIENDS AND MAKING BUSINESS CONTACTS

Your character is surrounded by many people: old friends, family, that are always ready to help, and strangers who can become faithful allies, or conversely - irreconcilable rivals. Meet, chat with them and become friends. And maybe later your character will find love, start a family and find true happiness.

Fun but slightly confusing

The game is fun but it can be a bit confusing when you first start as you try to figure everything out. Also you’re presented with the same situations but the outcome is different each time which is weird. Other than the confusing and the repetition the game is actually cool.

Good idea, needs lots of adjustments

I’d like to start off by saying that this is a great idea for a game—I was really excited but I was extremely disappointed when I started playing. The first and probably largest problem I have with the game is the way in which you move up through jobs. Now I understand in real life there are certain requirements you have to meet for certain jobs, and when it comes to the education part of this game to meet these requirements, this is done well. However, with things like buying a better car, or having a dog, or having a better house, I understand that better things come with better jobs, however, it is impossible to move forward in this game when you have to buy these improved things to get a job that pays less than what you are currently making. Because if you can put those things in your budget for what you were currently making and you get a reduced payment in the next job, you are not making money to buy better things for the next job and get stuck. Now, there are many other complaints I have regarding this game but are minuscule compared to this primary one, as I said previously. If there was a way to find better balance between improving what you have and getting better jobs where it would actually work for budgets, this game would be incredible.

Use to be fun but a waste of real money now

The game is suppose to be designed to let people see the real difficulties of going up in the career but literally picks the money losing outcomes as default. For example, you need a certain amount of money for one of the first careers, as you’re slowly getting to $180K and managing your money, it brings up some frustrating situation where you can choose to help someone or do something or not then when you choose no, they say “oh you felt guilty so you purchased this for them or whatever” it’s annoying and honestly takes away even wanting to play the game. They practically make the decision for you to feel guilt and spend money. The you start using your real money. The game isn’t fun anymore, it’s just about the developers getting money in their pockets.
