Glitches messing up order
This app is hit or miss. Last night my order was nothing like I requested. You order one thing and when u receive your order it’s different. The app has some glitches in it. It changes my order, adds or replaces things. Not to mention the service and delivery charges are really high.
Still waiting for refund
Waited an hour then got called and said there was something wrong with the persons car and my food would be another hour I told them to cancel it. Now I have no food and no money messaged them and they said refunds take a week. That is ridiculous other companies own up when they make a mistake and offer a coupon for their mistake and wasting my time and refund immediately. 2 hours for food when your already hungry is pretty bad when other companies would of had it here in 30-45 mins.
Won’t be recommending or using this app again Grubhub is the way better.
So much for loyalty....
After MONTHS of Loyal ordering from this site they cancelled a LARGE order because we did not answer the phone for an unfamiliar number to verify the order, even though they had never done this before. Never mind the app or website does not warn that large orders need to be verified or that the normal mode of communication is email, they just cancel the order and don't leave voicemail. When asked what were they going to do to make this right they said NOTHING.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
