Worst customer service EVER!
Never an answer when you call or email. Takes days to respond while they tack additional late charges and fees. They have a "pay by" date which if you pass that date, like most others, your charged a minimal late fee but "just energy" is "just special"because every 2-3 days they will add higher and higher additional late fees. When it is literally like pulling teeth to have anyone call you Back to help resolve your issue, it isn't surprising how much money they actually make in late fees alone which could have been avoided very easily if they had a customer service team worth anything! Since they do not, they can take as long as they like she continue racking up those fees, so be ready! One last and most important thing, they offer two different apps to take care of multiple things, besides the internet, all at your fingertips only none of them work. I tried worked in any way. 4 nights of holding 1.5-2 hours and never speaking to a live person. My $90 Bill, in 4 days, now shows I owe $170 or services will be interpreted. Keep in mind I've been trying everything in my power to get this resolved and have every bit of proof needed. They Simply do not care! They promise so much but but never stand behind their promises! Worst customer services ever !!

This app claims to allow you to see your usage and predict your bill but you can’t even get past the point of inputting your address for it to even be able to. I have deleted and re-downloaded this app multiple times Incase that may have been an issue but I always came across the same problem no matter what. Every time I’m asked to put in my address I try, and it tells me it’s unable to recognize my service address and to drop the pin onto my address and then it opens up google maps but it won’t allow me to drop the pin or even type in the address because it says it is for “developmental purposes only” so you can’t even get past the part where after you log in it asks for your address that’s as much as you can do on the app.
Can’t locate my own home location
I’ve called customer service twice, I paid for services, and she said that I would get an email with my account number (you need that to make an account) and I can then make my account on the app. So I waited from Friday - Monday for the email. Never got it. So I had to call them Monday morning and get the account number. After that I then tried to put in my address (so you can monitor you usage & bills) and the whole time it’s telling me it can’t locate my resistance. I deleted the app and tried again and no go. And you have to locate your residence to be able to use the app at all. So if you can’t locate the address you can’t even use the app. And customer service did NOTHING.
