Great app, no support
So I wanted to ask a question about the app, or suggest an idea, but when I went to the website it's all in an asian language and there is no support listed on it anywhere at all. The Support link on the apple listing takes you to the home page of their website, useless.
So, why are they allowed to not have English versions of their websites/support, or not even have support at all in this case.
I like the app a lot, but I really feel frustrated with the lack of any communication from the developer available.
