Octicon app

I personally like the app. I did need help from my hearing doctor but now that I have profiles and settings like I require them. I use this app every day. The application helps me choose special hearing profiles created for me to hear better in situations that I normally struggle.

Don’t waste you time

What a disappointment. Over the last month, I tried three times to log in with a hearing professional and never successfully connected. You just sit on hold forever. Yesterday was the last straw. I sat on hold for 45 minutes to get help with my left HA. Going to the doctor will take less time.

Worst program I have ever used

This program don’t work well at all. It loses conductivity. It is very limited what a shame.
