Went far above the call of duty!

Rarely do you come across an organisation that has the same vision and the training and determination to execute on that vision (Chick-fil-A comes to mind. I Wanted a specific 2020 Ram 1500 Limited crew cab 4x4 and at a great price. David Heimgartner (GM) personally found my truck and worked a deal to get it via trade from another dealer and at a great price! He asked Stephanie Hughes (sales expert and all around knowledgeable, kind and patient person to work the deal details. It didn’t stop there as Lanrae (sp?...sorry) in the finance department took the time to get us the best financing deal.

Bottom line is this is a honest, excellent run, people / customer focused business that happens to sell great cars and trucks.

I highly recommend Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Franklin and I’m looking forward to buying the next one from them! Thanks guys for a wonderful experience!!!!!

Great Riding Truck

Here’s the good news This is a very quiet riding and well handling truck the controls are nice the computer screen is large I have the Laramie edition I’m happy with it and this is my third RAM pick up actually the first one was a 98 Dodge and then I had a 2015 and this is my 2018 and I’ve been happy with all of them.

I did have an electrical problem with my overhead map light and they had replace the whole overhead console this was the exact same thing that happened to my 2015 ram and at the time I brought it in the dealer told me that that was a common problem so you would’ve thought RAM would’ve figured out what the electrical problem was within in the next three years and corrected it.

The next major short coming of this vehicle which was the same thing with my 2515 is the horrible access to common maintenance items meaning the oil filter and the two fuel filters. Also the fuel filters seem way overpriced.

That being said I would still buy another one when the time comes if I need one.

App updated and locked out- fixed with next app release

The app updated and logged me out so next time I open app I tried my password but it would not work. Then tried the forgot password button to get an email and several times it never came. Shortly after my post of this the developers came out with an app fix. I downloaded updated install and it worked. I’m glad they were responsive to people’s complaints and released a fix in the newer release. The response comment was a little bit misleading saying we realize you are not on the most recent version so update to newer version of app. Funny, I was on the most recent version available when the problem started. A better response from the company would have been sorry for the bad app update recently, we fixed it and you should install this version. But otherwise, the app does what is expected.
