Wonderful Game

I’ve enjoyed countless hours of this one. Perfect 6v6 type of combat. Like Overwatch or COD elimination domination control point mode; but with frickin battleships and aircraft carriers!! LOVE THIS GAME! No intrusive ads, no pay to win (game is well balanced with good matchmaking to adjust for such issues), just good fun! I win a lot even though i never buy any of the non-cosmetic items. That is proof to me that it is not pay to win, as otherwise I’d be losing a lot. OH almost forgot: 3. Third request: once sunk, it would help to have something to do if choosing to remain watching the battle. In some games they let you basically scout out enemies once you’ve died. Ie Rainbow6 Siege you can mark enemies seen in the security cameras post-humous. This way people like me who want to keep helping the team can still contribute in some small way. Maybe allow a sunk player to mark any enemy that comes within binoculars range of where their ship sunk. Like as if the player is floating on a lifeboat with nothing but binoculars and a radio in the spot where their ship sunk. Or allow post-sunk communication options that allow messages of encouragement to teammates who are still fighting the good fight. Maybe even an incentive to stay and watch the rest of the battle for those who get sunk in the first couple minutes of the match. Anyways, awesome game as is ; many thanks to those who keep it alive :)

I find this game great because there are not that many naval games out there for iOS like this. I like the whole ship class thing, some other games start like you are a destroyer then a cruiser then battleship instead start as a battleship is much better in my opinion. A few things wrong such as: AIRCRAFT CARRIER XP GAIN!!!! I have compared the 2 and my dunkerque gets more Exp than my ranger, about 600 per battle (no premium) compared to like, 250. Also while we are the topic of aircraft carriers, the chat needs to be fixed. “Help” or “stick together” won’t get you any escorts to knock back those pesky destroyers. But that’s about it. I absolutley love this game and can’t wait for future updates. Also I keep adding on to this review (its such a good game!) but this time it’s the battle time 5:00 is just not good for tier VI to X because ships have more HP than anything lower than tier VI. How about 10:00 ? This is my THIRD edit but I want to do my part in helping this game out. Just a small thing, but could we do a 2-1-2 squadron setup for Essex? It is frustrating that AA can’t shoot down a massive formation of IJN planes, wich although smaller can really overpower US cvs. Also just curious but during 4th of July, will the NYC port look different? Thanks for lowering the tier IX costs, and as always thanks for this amazing game. I want to be able to help this game as much as I can and if u want I can report every bug or glitch. Thanks. One little thing, but are they going to add weather to the game? Ie: storms snow that kind of stuff

I find this game great because there are not that many naval games out there for iOS like this. Great Game, One Problem

I love this game. Been playing for a while now. Great graphics for a mobile game, feels very realistic. Except for one thing. Torpedoes. Torpedoes are extremely overpowered in this game. When fired from a destroyer, you can see exactly what path they will take. Because of that, it is a lot easier to hit ships than it should be. Another big problem with them is: even when a torpedo misses, if it is a miss under 30-40 ft, it counts as hitting. Which is ridiculous. That keeps skilled players from “threading the needle” and going between torpedoes, because they’ll be counted as “close enough” and do damage. For the first problem, I would suggest either shortening the aiming cone considerably so that you have to time the enemy, or decreasing the accuracy of torpedoes by giving them a potential to turn slightly, and as you upgrade them on your ship, that turning degree will slowly decrease to be less of a factor in your aiming. For the second problem, I have one suggestion that I believe everyone who plays this game would love. Torpedoes should only do damage if they actually hit the ship. Not if they’re “close enough” to count. In real naval warfare, close doesn’t count. Make that aspect more realistic. Thanks for your time, and pease take my ideas into account to balance the destroyers/cruisers in the game to be more realistic. I understand it’s a mobile game, but these suggestions will not tax devices any further than the game already does. Thanks again.

Updating and currency

Great game, amazing graphics, and is a lot of fun to play. I however do have bones to pick. First of all, whenever an update comes out I have to delete the app and redownload it because I am not able to update it. I open the app, get prompted to update it, click the prompt to go to the app store, and instead of seeing *Update*, I see *Open* which is not helpful in the slittiest. I have shutdown my phone to try to remedy this, but no luck. Clicking open brings you back to the app and to the prompt. There is also the issue of currency, the amount of silver received form battles without high end boosters in lack luster, and to buy said boosters you have to use gold, which there is a limited amount given for free, which you have to really work for. And to buy gold just for boosters is not something I feel like is worth it, and I’m sure others would agree. There is also the issue of buying premium ships, having to spend around 40-50 on just a ship seems unreasonable, if the ships such as tirpitz was 10-15, I would be more likely to invest in it. I wouldn't have this issue if gold was free to regularly obtain through events or challenges instead of having a set limited amount. If there were, idk, monthly “gold grind” events that allowed you to obtain a fair lump some of gold, that would be amazing, and I would be prompted to play more. Gold should also be available through ranked rewards, towards the higher ranks of course, but it would be so nice to be rewarded for spending a lot of time on the game in that way.
