Super helpful in the time of corona
The couple of times I’ve left the house to go to the grocery store, I’ve been really disappointed by the social distancing measures being employed. So I decided to give Cheetay a try and I have not been disappointed. Even if you don’t find what you need in the Pantry section, you can go over to the Errand section and chat with someone to tell them what you need and from where.
THE WORST
My order was delayed because their rider was bot responding. Instead of assigning a new rider, the service decided to wait and contact a person who’s phone was off. They waited until I contacted them personally, and told them to reassign it. They didn’t have another rider in reserve and decided to wait another 20 minutes to inform me. According to their “policy” they can’t transfer the money to the restaurant unless my food is delivered - so the restaurant rider can’t come himself either. Huge, massive flaw in the system and logistics company shouldn’t simply collapse because one rider was unavailable. Pathetic service, and I don’t want to be refunded in Cheetay Points as I am not willing to use this service ever again.

Great Service and Easy app to navigate through
Good interface to navigate through. As maddy mentioned if you do not find anything the chat feature connects you to provide the item details and where to get it from and they will deliver. Thats is called good customer service. Perfect to support the households during this corona virus.
