Very Happy! Saving tons of money and I don’t know what I would do without AT&T
I’m so thankful for AT&T! I’m a full time college student, mother of 2, who is solely dependent on me and only me. For the 8 past years I struggle to pay for everything alone and that’s what I want. I don’t want to have to depend on anyone else to put food on the table and pay for all of my bills.
I’ve been given a lot of hardships and I’ve beat them all this far. I just wanted to let all of the people that are reading this now, “You can only fail if you quit!”
I was going crazy trying to figure out how to keep my phones on, cable and internet. My prior cell phone company had been ripping me off for years, my cable company had only the basic channels. Verizon was almost $200 for 2 phones a month. The cable and internet were the two combined services that were $248 every month!
I’m now saving over $150 every month!
I’m able to get access to several different things through AT$T Thanks.
I’m greatly appreciate that I can put more food on the table and then have enough to eat too. There’s been times where I have been really hurting but I didn’t have enough to eat as often. My daughters ask me if I was going to eat, I would say that I wasn’t hungry. I did it so they were able to get to eat with peace of mind as well.
So sorry to write this long but true story! I’m only writing this because I know that if I could get a few people to save money, that would make me feel good.

App great att lies
My husband and I were on the search for a new provider. We had heard good things about the att coverage so we chose to go there. They had a great deal of buy one get one for the iPhone XR. I was super excited. We stated talking pricing and plans with the rep. We got the unlimited and more plan. So the bill should have been $70 for the plan, $25 for the buy one phone, and $22 total for the insurances. We got our first bill of $306.
During the process of signing up and getting the phones, my husband and I asked many many times over if there were any other fees; the rep continued to tell us no. We also asked many times over if our regular bill should be about $120, she consistently said yes. We have no just come back from a different att store and were told by them and customer service that there is an additional $70 a month access fee. We asked so many times in store about any fees and were lied to.
Now we are at the point that we are going to return our phones and request a full refund, and because we paid with a debit card I am sure that it will be 7-10 business days before we see that money; meaning we will be out phones for that length of time.
I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with att.
We understand prorated charges because we started in the middle of a billing cycle, but paying $70 more a month because we were lied to, I just can’t see it!
This APP will not work!
I logged in to my AT@T account as I have done in the past with NO problems buying tickets. But now they have this HORRIBLE app that does not work! I tried calling the number that it provided for help but all I get is a busy signal. I called AT&T and asked for Customer Service. The first agent I spoke to had a very thick accent and it was difficult for either of us to understand each other but learned he was the billing department. He had to transfer me. As in the first call the agent had a heavy accent but he could not help me and transferred me. I got transferred over to the IVR system and there was a lot of static. He (IVR voice) gave me a telephone number and asked if that was the number I was talking about, it was not my number, asked what i needed told it I needed Customer Service. I was transferred to a person MICHELE who spoke perfectly good English. I explains my issue and also let her know she was the 3rd time I had been transferred, bottom line she said she could not help me because she did HOME phone service. But Michele’s attitude was that “I” called her at the wrong department. I explained that I was transferred 3 times and I did not asked to speak to her department. Then she asked what number I was calling about. As I was giving her the number the call got disconnected. And I still have no assistance with this app. AT&T no longer provides good Customer Service.
