$69.99 per year (a 55% savings equal to 6.5 months free)

Your Masters of Mindfulness subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Recovered from bad breakup

I began my journey into mindfulness when my heart was broken after the end of my first relationship. After the rollercoaster of falling in love, really caring for someone, and then them no longer being there, I felt so empty inside. A friend told me about how mindfulness could help me, and that’s when I came across the Masters of Mindfulness app. The app helped find perspective and realize that there were still so many amazing things in my life, and that I didn’t need to be so upset.

There was another unexpected benefit as well. I have been a sensitive person ever since I was small, fearful of hurting anyone so much that I’d force myself to be whatever I thought would make the people around me most happy, but disregarding myself. It was through mindfulness that I learned I can be genuine and bring joy to others as well.

After my experience, I decided to host a TEDx event at my high school and invited Monica Ortiz, the creator of the Masters of Mindfulness app and founder of The Exceptional Life Institute to speak. Her talk reminded me of the struggles I was able to overcome and inspired me to reach out to her to spread her message because I saw what she was teaching could help so many others like me.

I use this app daily!

I regularly listen to the meditations and my favorite part of the app is using the mood tracker to help me be aware of how I'm feeling throughout the day. The view they have for the month shows me how many times I've had different moods which is really cool! I also enjoy using the gratitude journal and I think it helps me to be more mindful of all the things I have to be thankful for. It doesn't always come naturally for me, but I know how important developing a positive mindset is and I enjoy using this app to help me work at that. If you like meditation, yoga, spirituality, and are looking for a tool that really combines all aspects of Mindfulness together, this is it!

Small Steps to Large Impact

Being aware of your emotions and continually narrowing down areas in your life to improve will lead to an overall better, happier life. This app has helped me make those small steps to being more aware of my emotions and my thoughts. I love using the meditations to step away for a bit and relax myself. I highly recommend trying the sleep one as well. You won't regret this small step!
