Amazing customer service

Being a new director for club volleyball🏐, I was searching for an app that would be user friendly and a one stop shop so to speak for the club and team. I found that in Team Linkt! I had a little trouble getting the code to our members and emailed Team Linkt for support. It was resolved within a couple hours!!!! Not days!!! They were very helpful and on the BALL! Lol, I definitely recommend!!!
Now if they could add a feature that would take club payments through the app that would be the cherry on top!

Constant errors; doesn’t work

Only had issues out of this. The app simply doesn’t work.
First, it kept having errors adding my kid to the team roster. It would just come up with an error saying there’s an issue connecting the player.
I reinstalled the app, and now I can get past that part, but then it just brings me back to the screen where it asks me if I’m a coach or player/parent. It’s completely useless and frustrating.

Sign up for daily harassment emails

It’s hard to recommend this app. I’ve had so many ‘junk’ emails from them chasing me to update details etc that I can’t possibly launch this to my league. It felt like I was being harassed. App deleted.

Hi Teresa - for league signups, there are 3 automated emails to check-in and book a demo and we do reach out with our account rep. It’s really to help organizations with their questions and usually the outreach is welcomed and helpful.
