App doesn’t allow me to add new guests, show message “limit exceeded for permanent guests” even when I tried to simply invite a friend to come over tomorrow. Then the app shows an icon that looks like its reloading, but it get stuck and I had rebooted the app multiple times to try again, but the issue persists. Very disappointed that I’ll need to face this kind of issue when I try to have guests, because of an unreliable app.

We are sorry for your bad experience using our system. The limits of guests are defined by the administrators of your community, you can try to delete guests that you no longer use or contact those responsible for your community to increase the allowed limit

While the design is good, this system does not reliably work. About 50% of the time a gate pass is generated and 50% of the time it is not. This is a huge time waster as, why enter guests if you have to get a call from security. Additionally the server goes down without notice and when that happens, you will get a log in failure message. You are not sure if it’s you or not. This system is bottom line, unreliable.
