Startrails Creator is an easy-to-use application to create star trail photos.

As light pollution become more and more severe, photographers no longer take extremely long exposure to get a star trail photos. Photographers now take a series of relatively short exposure photos, and use image-processing application to stack photos together and get one star trail photo.

This process is boring and time-consuming, even with the help of image processing "macro"s.

Startrails Creator makes this process simple and fast. With a few clicks, user can make a beautiful star trail photo without hussle.

Startrails Creator also have a relatively small memory footprint compare to the full-blown image-processing applications.

You can also create star trail animations and time-lapse videos in Animated GIF or Video with Startrails Creator.

Update project source to Swift 5. If you are on macOS 10.14.4 and above, this update will save you some MB of disk space. :P

Pretty Decent, but can use an update.

I'm not sure why the last review gave it 1-star... it absolutely does what it's intended to do. I used it to stack and stick about 120 long exposures and I'm overall very happy with the images. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is there really isn't any direction on how to use it. Thought for the avid photographer, it's not hard to figure it out; for someone who is beginning, it would be challenging. Simple to use, doens't take up a lot of HD space or RAM. Decent app for sure.
