Checkers 2 Players: Online 4+

I have been playing the computer for a long time. I think it is time I play an actual person. It would be nice to play a neighbor or even someone across the nation . I am pretty successful playing the computer so I wonder about playing an actual person…Maybe the developers can do like standings and perhaps there can be categories such novice, intermediate and advance. I like that it has easy and hard…I had to delete the app once because it froze…I did invite a friend to play but so far he has not responded…I am really wanting to play someone. I have yet to play another person, but I can see each other exchanging are devices. Perhaps I will see if there is another Checkers App. I realize this can not be a chat thing but some phrases other than the emojis. I wonder if I am really good this or not…I might go to the store and buy the game but then I can not find anyone who will play with me. Sign of the times I suppose,

The checkers game is well constructed and designed for experienced players, but if you are trying to teach your 6 yr old grandson how to play from 2000 miles away, it doesn’t work out to well.

The only way I can keep from beating him in every game is to literally move to a position where he can jump me and often I have to point it out to him. To discuss this and other strategy, you need to be able to adjust the timer between moves as a setting option. I want to discuss many of his moves and even allow him to replay the turn so that he has a chance to learn and get better. Another idea might be for you to make a move and then confirm it with a separate button push as another settings option - kind of like how we used to only have completed a move when we took our finger off the piece. Another settings option might be to label rows (1-10) and columns (A-L). So if I need to refer to a particular space I can say or example “look at space C-4...why don’t you move there.”

Other than that the game is great for keeping our family connected during the pandemic!

This is my first day using this and I love it! So many games in one. I can’t wait to have game night with my family. I do recommend this for people who are bored easily and need something to do.

I have a few suggestions. Could you add more games? Maybe chess or the new ones. Clue, monopoly or something like that. Another suggestion is that some games I don’t know how to play. It shows no instructions. I was kind of disappointed about that.

All though this game has flaws, there are very few of them. This game is definitely worth it! I recommend buying. If you don’t, you will regret it!
