طبعا انا غلطت وشريت 3 سيارات في وقت متقارب ولاكن بعد تجربه انصح الجميييع بعدم التفكير مجرد تفكير في التعامل معهم سيئين من ناحية خدمة العملاء سيئين من ناحية ارسال التنازلات واوراق الاصلاح …الخ اي شي لهم عندك يزعجونك لدرجة مو طبيعيه واذا بغيت منهم شي ردهم معروف (اخي العزيز كحد اقصى سيتم الانجاز في 21 يوم) علما بانك تطلبهم شي سهل يُنجز في 5 دقايق الصراحة تجربه فاشلة والان كملت اكثر من 16 يوم لم يتم استرداد مبلغ التامين لااحد يفكر يتعامل معهم وشكرا

سيء جدا
كانت عاجبتني الفكره وجدا وعلى طول تحمست اني اشري منهم سياره مستخدمه وفعلا شريت وفوق 40 يوم انتظر نقل ملكيه ولا صارت لان فيها حظر وكل خطوه تطلبونها منهم لازم تنتظرونهم يردون وحتى الالغاء لازم اول شي تنتظرون 24 ساعه ليتم الاعتماد بعدها 5 ايام عمل عشان تسترجعون مبلغ السياره ومبلغ المزاد اللي دخلتو فيه يوصل الى 21 يوم انتظار وبس والى الان انتظر المبلغ اللي دفعته يرجع لي.
بالاخير انا اتكلم عن تجربتي كانت سيئة جدا واتمنى منكم تحسنون من خدمتكم وتسرعون اجرائاتكم بالاسترداد لان ممكن ان الحظر انتم مالكم دخل فيه . وشكرا
