My favorite workout

I’ve probably been doing Move + Mediate videos for about a year. I am a graduate student and was at a high stress level and read that I needed to do a workout that wouldn’t further stress my body, and HIIT workouts were definitely not helping me at the time. I’ve also tried to meditate, but would only do it sometimes before bed. Pairing the workouts, which I believe are challenging yet gentle on the body, with meditation after the workout makes it easier to get that meditation in, instead of running away from it. I was very lucky to find Kait’s videos and they have helped me tremendously. I am back to feeling comfortable in my body and a more regular meditation practice helps my stress levels overall.

The app is a great iteration of the website. I love that the videos are organized by type of class—restorative, high intensity, meditation, etc. In my experience the videos have downloaded without a glitch, plus the app looks great. I believe there is also an option to download the videos so that you use them offline while traveling which is amazing!

I am a big follower of Move + Meditate and the app is the perfect way to access it! Great job team Kait!

Made working out easier, more fun

I did the free trial of this app because I had recently been injured running and needed another way to keep exercising. Now it’s my main source of exercise because I felt stronger and more in tune with my body after only a few days of working with Kait’s workouts. What I love about this app is how accessible it makes working out, and easy to modify. When I’m in a normal routine I usually do one longer workout and one shorter, but if I’m too busy I still find myself squeezing in a shorter class rather than totally blow off a day of exercise. Further, this app has made it possible to keep working out during major life transitions. A few weeks after downloading, my husband and I moved abroad and had a couple weeks of house hunting and buying cars. Because I downloaded the workouts I was able to workout in our hotel without a decent gym, access to a car or any of my normal equipment. I feel a great workout from these sessions and while I’m still injured, I can modify some of the moves to strengthen other areas. Highly recommend and so glad I can keep using it abroad!

Rocking my body!

I have been doing Kait Hurley’s move and meditate program for a few months now and it’s been game changing. I was struggling to fit any exercise at all in with my busy work schedule, and I found Kait’s program through Instagram and signed up for the two week free challenge. I love being able to do the workouts in my home, whenever I have free time. It’s a great way to start the day get my energy moving, and have a brief meditation on a regular basis. Meditating after exercising is not something I’d ever thought to do, but I have found it to be game-changing. Having all of those good endorphins flowing and my mind more in my body has made all the difference. My other favorite part of the program is the incredible music! It really inspires and fuels my work out, and I look forward to hearing new music each time I work out. I love this program, and I’ve recommended it to many friends! It’s a wonderful addition to my life. I’m amazed at how much a brief 20 to 40 minute class has been shifting my body. I feel stronger more embodied and I’m noticing more definition and energy as I go about my day. Thank you Kait!
