I love this app and the meditation practice and this feedback is based on my individual experiences. If you’re looking to bring a transformation and a peaceful bliss within yourself, this is the app to do so. I’ve tried other apps and practices, they have a $$ charge for everything. This is absolutely free and based on pure spiritual practice based on historical yogic principles extracted from raja yoga. It’s a simple and easy practice.
For the best experience, please try the masterclasses before trying a guided meditation, regularly do guided meditation, cleaning and the universal prayer.
Find sometime to meditate with a trainer at least once in a week. Do this continuously for 3 weeks/ 21 days and feel the transformation within. The peace and bliss that you’ll experience will be amazing...and you’ll go beyond mindfulness and will become Heartful compassionate individual.
Extraordinary-Not your typical app
This is not your typical guided meditation app to help focus your mind with background music, affirmations or sounds. Rather, it is for keen students that want to transition from those early steps and are willing to work towards transitioning into meditators without the sensory aids.
Unique to this app is guided meditation from live trainers who will sit at the same time and provide a silent guidance through an ancient art of yogic transmission. There are so many great features on this app in addition to guided meditation and relaxation. I love how accessible it all is and how much information is available if we want it. Beautiful images. Most of all it helps me have access to deeper personal meditations and meditations with a trainer. It also connects me to a larger community of people with common purpose...to find inner peace!
