It is recommended that you create an email (Google gmail) account for your property, using the property address (e.g., firstname.lastname@example.org). This email is unique to the property and can be transferred to another user, allowing the new owner to access the existing property and its assets.

Amazing tool for a property and homeowner!
This app is great. It allows me to manage all of my assets and the maintenance of them all in one location. Not sure how I managed everything before I had it!
Preventive maintenance reminders aren’t linked to the asset. I can put reminders in my Outlook. The point of asset management is to link the two. Wanted my $4.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
