What Makes The FITT Cycle Different?

THE FITT CYCLE METHOD

FASTING INTERVALS, TARGETED TRAINING, AND CARB CYCLING

FASTING INTERVALS
Fasting Intervals is just what it sounds like. You will have intervals throughout The FITT Cycle, where you will be considered in a “Fasting Interval” which is a SMALL window of time without eating at all, letting your body rest from insulin production. It is a conscious decision to have the first meal of your day a little later than you're used to and to not allow snacking after your last meal. Don’t worry, you EAT EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!
The Interval we use with The FITT Cycle is the 16:8 ratio. You will have a 16-hour FASTING Interval and an 8 Hour EATING Interval.

TARGETED TRAINING
With The FITT Cycle, we will be strategically matching our workouts with our Carb Cycle. We do this because of the way your body metabolizes and stores Macro Nutrients.

CARB CYCLING
Carb cycling is just what it sounds like: eating more carbohydrates on some days (High Carb Days) to promote MUSCLE GROWTH and eating fewer carbohydrates (Low Carb Days) on the same days to promote FAT LOSS and minimize fat gain.

Best SUSTAINABLE Fitness/Lifestyle Program

I’ve been following The FITT Cycle for about a year now, and it truly has been life-changing for me. I love to eat, and I love to eat CARBS, and this program and lifestyle accommodates all of that! I was scared of intermittent fasting at first, but really love it now and makes my mornings so much simpler. I also love that we carb cycle (eat high carbs on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, and low carb the other days. I never get bored with the food, and I love Lindsay’s recipes she includes with the program!
I also have always HATED working out. Her workouts are simple, straightforward and I can do all of them at home and don’t have to spend money on a gym membership!
If you truly want to make a lifestyle change and quit with the other programs you can’t stick with or the yo-yo dieting, you should definitely give this a try!

When I say it’s EVERYTHING it truly is!! ❤️❤️❤️ You can tell the developers thought of everything you need to succeed with your fitness-lifestyle journey. Using the FITT cycle I have lost weight and kept it off. The program is sustainable to women on the go. This app is user friendly to the T!!!! It takes away all the guess work with intermittent fasting, workouts (home or gym) and meal planning. Even my picky eaters love these recipes!!! The Fitt Cycle

After years of struggling to lose weight, I was lost. I saw a friend of mine working with Lindsay Huelse and she had phenomenal results. I reached out, and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made! This app is amazing! It helps keep my entire day on track with eating and working out. It’s extremely user friendly. Lindsay teaches you how to intermittent fast along with carb cycling and workout to help produce fast fat loss results and while toning up! I am amazed.
