The key features of aumi are listed below:
- Keep track of your mood with periodic notifications.
- Log your activity throughout the day.
- View how your mood and energy level changes over time at a glance, using graphs.
- Make recordings and view your events from your wrist, using the Apple Watch app.
- View your data across all of your devices with iCloud sync.
- Plan your days with your energy levels in mind.
- Tell people about yourself using your profile.
- Use the widgets to record your mood and energy levels.
- Add a quick contact to get help in an emergency.
- Synchronise your planner with your calendar.
Mood tracking allows you to track your mood using the app or periodic notifications. You can then look back at your mood over the last week. This makes it easier for you to see when you have had a difficult day, which would indicate that you would need to try to take some time to recover. It also means that you can try to identify patterns in, for example, anxiety.
Another part is energy accounting. You give your activities ‘Energy Impact Scores’. These scores are between -10 and 10. -10 would indicate that the activity is completely exhausting and 10 indicates that the activity gives you a lot of energy. As activities are recorded, your energy level for the day is updated. You can also look back at your energy level graphs over the last week. All of the energy accounting uses a traffic light colour coding system.
You can also set up a ‘Morning Check-In’ notification. This allows you to set your starting energy level at the beginning of the day (this will often be affected by how well you slept and what you did the day before).
As well as this, there is the planner. This makes it easy for you to plan your days. You have cards for each of the next 10 days, to which you add items. These items consist of an activity and you can choose to add notes, a start time, an end time and a checklist. The planner integrates energy accounting.
The last section is the profile. This makes it easy for you to tell people about yourself in situations where you may find communication difficult. You can add as many sections as you want. Within the sections, you can add as many different text items as you wish. There is also the option to add your name, date of birth and a picture of yourself to the profile. This aims to provide a digital alternative to other information sheets that you may carry with you.

Awesome mood tracker and energy accounting app
I’ve been using this app for weeks now and I love it! It’s been so helpful for energy accounting and tracking my mood and energy trends and helping me balance my day. Turns out I’m consistently in the negative during the work week (I guess I shouldn’t be surprised) but now I can focus on doing stuff that gives me back energy so I’m not as wiped out.
It’s super easy to customize moods and events, the check in feature is great for when my events add up to a 6 but I’m still feeling like a -4, and the visuals make trending my energy and moods simple. I’m really grateful to have this app.

Thank you for your feedback. The ability to remove accidental recordings will be added in the future.
So far, so good and handy!!
This app is a great way to jot down events and how you felt during them to go back and see how you handled them for future reference.
I noticed a glitch, if you will, where some text is bigger than the box it’s in, and that some text is overlapping other text. I would also recommend a dark theme so it’s easier on the eyes. Thanks! :)

Thank you very much for your feedback. The dark theme is coming in the iOS 13 update. I would really appreciate it if you could email any screenshots of the text issues that you had to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Review from adult college female diagnosed with autism
I wish I could have simple prompts to help me out in the section of energy since I cannot accurately figure out how much energy it will take me to do the various tasks I need to do throughout the day yet. I also could use a way to time, like having the ability to turn on a stop watch type of a device, that would help me figure out how long it takes me to do my tasks each day, because I know at least I at least leave the only college class I take (Tuesdays & Thursdays), but I only leave Thursdays by the end of class or after class with my brain fried and exhausted because I cannot prepare for the class in advanced at all.
