Being in the mental health industry and having the pleasure of seeing this in beta thanks to some Reddit links I love the simplicity yet thoroughness of this program. For many, when anxiety or more severe a panic attack turns up having a very simple interface is key. The app installed without problem and I ran through an initial course and it worked flawlessly. I’m also impressed with the amount of lessons and information available, I look forward to exploring this app more and I’ve already shared it with some friends. Best wishes to the developers, pulling for the apps success.
Really helpful for understanding and addressing (social) anxiety. The descriptions are really clear and the exercises seem to build on eachother in a logical way to support continued resilience. Great work by the developers for tackling an increasingly important issue!
Could be better if some of the dialogue in the explanations could be sped up so that we don’t have to wait for the character to write.
I recommend Woebot as that app is free. These 2 apps were my favorite at one point yet the payments really limit usability. I hope my friends in the military got this app downloaded before it charged and fail to let it update. Mine has since updated shame on me for trusting them to be looking out for people. Really who are you helping? Who is it that you are trying to reach? Are you looking to help anyone with debilitating anxiety? Don’t care!? Then why did you get it this far? Open it up to donations vs attempting to make profit on peoples challenges or feelings for that matter!
