Active Eye is the BLM GROUP app to access your Remote Technical Assistance Service in real time, conveniently and quickly.
Active Eye allows you to receive assistance at any time, putting you in touch with an expert who, through a live video session, can see the problem through your camera, will seek a solution or will give you precise instructions on how to proceed.
