Pocket Styler: Fashion Stars 4+

Okay, straight to the point. I bought some hairs, and now I don’t have them. Basically, not too long ago you guys had a sale on the hairs, and they’re usually 500 gems but they were 300 gems (for the sale) I believe, and I bought three. I logged back in today after losing my phone, and found I only had one of the hairs. It’s slick back, but with braids. I’m sure you know it, that’s the only one I have though. And to double check for myself to see if I actually bought the hairs, I looked back to my previous looks because I knew I used the hairs in one. They were there. Yet, not in my inventory. I saw that I had used them, and had, had them. One of the hairs that disappeared from my inventory belong to the lady on the front cover of the loading screen, where it gives you tips and all of that. One of the other hairs that I don’t have anymore is just a slick back one, long too. No bangs or anything. So, if one of the owners or whatever end up reading this, I’d like it fixed. I don’t know if you need my account name or something, but please notice this. I believe one of my friends who also play had this problem as well, but with her clothing she bought disappearing. AND her hairs that she bought! Please, please, please, find an answer to this, or redeem our stuff back to us. It isn’t very fair.

😐Today I decided I wanted this fashion game. It looked fun, and the download size wasn’t too big, so I was very excited. I get on, and I’m dressing my avatar. But then, the screen darkens and these four white circles show and it never loads. My progress never stays on and the screen is always stopping and glitching. If this problem continues any further, I’m getting rid of this app. If any of the technical workers for the game are reading this, PLEASE FIX.

There is hardly any ads which I think we can all appreciate. I have tried countless fashion games, and none are as good as this one! This is a few days after I wrote my review. I totally recommend this game for all of u fashionistas!

I enjoy this game, but too often there are glitches in the program. Too frequently when you play the Daily Deal and use the WATCH (ad) feature, it gets locked in the loading. You have to fully close the app and restart in order to play and of course, you lose that option. It’s such a waste of time. Also, I recently purchased diamonds which had a sale offer of 750 diamonds for the price of 500. I got 500 instead of the 750. I received a quick “we’ll get back to you” email, and it’s still in process. It’s the glitches that make me give them only 3 stars. Improvements in the app’s properly working would increase that number for me. Update: It took a few days and emails, but the CS contact corrected the purchase issue and gave a little extra for inconvenience. That was a nice gesture that can go a long way. There are still glitches in the program, but it appears they are working on the fixes. Because of the CS, I’ll add another star.

Update: I was going to to add a star, but the glitches continue. I just sat through 2 ads to double the prize, but no luck. The first time, the ad froze. I logged out of the game and tried it again. Had to watch another ad. After all that, still nothing. These kinds issues, reduce the fun of the game. I’ll like continue playing, but after it gets continuously annoying, I’ll just delete it and move on.
