Our guided breathing exercises are custom created with some of the world’s leading teachers. Combining electronic meditation music, audio frequency, and specific breathing protocols, Breathonics breathing exercises are unique and can be done in just 5 minutes.

Breathonics also provides sleep sounds to help you unlock the power of napping. Lower your resting heart rate, beat burnout, and get quality rest with evidence-based sleep sounds designed by leading sleep science coaches. Our nap sessions range from 20 minutes to 90 minutes.

Hey folks,

We did a redesign of the exercise detail screen, and also added a new feature for you to easily preview the music and breathing technique.
>> Head to any exercise detail screen, look for the album image, and press Play Preview.

We also fixed a few pesky bugs related to navigation, sharing, and text alignment.

This app is a game-changer!

I want to start this review with some background. I
am a yoga instructor and a food educator, I have
been practicing yoga for 12 years and I worked
under an integrative medicine specialist for 4 years.
I understand the importance of sleep and
meditation but I've personally always struggled with
these two aspects of my life. My yoga mentor early
on recognized my struggle with meditation and
taught me to use a candle to focus on while
meditating but that is not something you can do
everywhere, I struggle with anxiety so I needed to
find something. Breathonics has not only helped my
meditation practice but completely improved my
sleep habits. The first few nights of using
Breathonics I woke up in the morning almost groggy
because I got 7 whole hours of good sleep! I can't
even remember the last time I got 7 hours of sleep! I
use to listen to music or history documentaries to
sleep but that would have me waking up every hour
or so due to crazy dreams and not being able to fall
back asleep some nights, 4 hours tops a night.
Breathonics app is easy to use and seriously a game
changer!!! Do yourself a favor and give this app a
try, you won't regret it.
I could go on and on about the health benefits of
sleep and mediation but if you're considering
getting this app your probably like me and know the
importance and just struggling with them.

Big fan of breathwork now

I’ve never really done specific breathwork, but after using a few 5 minute sessions, I definitely see (and feel) the value… I love the instruction and music used, super relaxing, and Ive found that using it even for 10-20 minutes in the middle of the day (I do it around 2pm) is hugely refreshing and gives me a lot more energy and a better perspective for the rest of the day. Also used it at night, and i have a much deeper sleep when I do (I also use Whoop as my fitness tracker and the hrv data improves when I use Breathonics before bed!)

It has great sleep music!

This app has a variety of content but I mostly use the app to listen to the collection of sleep music that it has. The songs are very soothing and relaxing which helps me fall asleep better. The songs could be downloaded to play offline which is very useful since WiFi drains battery. I like being able to set a sleep timer and having the music play all night.
