One of the best games I’ve ever downloaded

I’ve been playing this game for about a year and I can honestly say it’s the best game I’ve ever had on my phone. If you like the play style than you couldn’t ask for anything more.
The devs are always on top of any bug and fix it promptly. Sending out a message letting you know the issue and when it’s fixed giving you some gems for the inconvenience. Almost always within the same day, if not than a matter of hours.
Some games if you don’t pay to play you won’t be competitive but I think I spent like 10 bucks 6 months ago and havnt spent a penny since and I’ve always been in the top 10 on the leaderboards. They balance it out to reward skill over excessive play time as well. So if you just want to hop on after work or every now and then you’ll still have a chance to place high on the leaderboard. Of course if someone spends several hundred dollars they will be ahead of you but the game is fun and if you play you’ll catch up in no time.

Not my kind of game

I downloaded this game thinking it would be a decent stress reliever but it turned out to be the complete opposite. After about two months of slowly progressing through this game, I’ve realized several levels are designed to be near impossible unless you get all the best upgrades which is completely out of your control because it’s a mostly rng-based game. If the developer cared as much about making an enjoyable game as opposed to just making money, I as well as many others would be more likely to want to spend more money on this game. However, because the little amount of money I’ve spent on this game was only on gems to revive myself that I only purchased out of frustration, I decided to delete the game because it’s nowhere near worth the thousands of dollars I’ve spent on other games that require more skill and less luck to do good in. As a way to make this game better, I think after leveling up throughout a world you should be able to pick whatever upgrade you want instead of one of three random ones because there is no reason for the randomness other than to make people more likely to spend money. Making games heavily based on luck just makes them seem like obvious money grabbers because luck has nothing to do with skill.

Five stars

This is a tough but great game. Sure, you're going to die a lot. But you keep getting stronger and better the more you play. As you level up you get permanent upgrades and new gear and weapons. At first you may find yourself not able to get past stage 11 of world 2, for example. But the more you play, next thing you know you're beating the entire world. The game has worlds for each phase. Each world has 30 levels (so far, I'm on world 3), and if you die during any of the levels of that world, you start again at level 1 of that world. But because of leveling yourself up and the gear and weapons you find each time, you'll progress more and more each run. I love the game. And there's no ads unless you choose to watch a video on certain levels that don't have enemies, to get a random boost. In those non enemy levels there's also an Angel that will heal you, and every few levels you get to choose one of three boosts. Definitely worth a shot (pun intended).
