The only app I need

I’ve tried many different mental health apps over the years and for some reason this is the only one that has worked for me. I’m so glad I came across it in the App Store! The guided meditations are amazing, app design is intuitive and minimal, and I love the way you can schedule your habits and see them by the hour. The check ins are also super helpful. I don’t know what it is, but it’s been a whole week and I actually have been using the app everyday and sticking to my daily goals! I actually get excited to use it and check in, thank you, thank you for creating such a beautiful app. I’ve been trying to work on being accountable and showing up for myself and this has helped me tremendously!

Life changing!

I wanted to write a review to let others know this app is worth the subscription cost many times over. The app is very easy to use and yet provides many different options for one’s mental growth. Someone at any level of growth will benefit from the plethora of information, tools, sound therapy, journaling and much more. It really is a one stop place for so many emotionally supportive options.

In addition, any time I have had questions or tech issues their team has been so friendly, personable, and attentive. They respond right away and follow up with great care. It’s amazing and refreshing. I get the sense that they really do care and honestly want to make a difference in people’s lives.

This app is phenomenal.

I absolutely recommend it to everyone. Everyone has a lot on their plates, and it's extremely easy to get overwhelmed. The past year and some change have been (to say the least) hard emotionally, and physically. The more I used Ladder, the more I was able to be conscious of how certain things affected me, and how much I allowed for these things, whether good or bad, to affect me. Ladder helps you break down your anxiety and stress into a simple to-do list to make it manageable and make you more productive. Creating tasks and asking, "How are you feeling today?" sounds simple, but I can promise you it works.
So glad this app exists.
