Description
Speaking clock, talking clock
Speaking clock is a free application. Using the app to give you voice announcements means you do not have to watch the clock to know the current time.
The application has a bundle of Vietnamese, English languages, and in subsequent upgrades the developer will add other language packs.

Limited to hour, half hour, or 15 minute announcements.
Simple and Nice
This is probably only nice and simple app in App Store which speaks the actual time out at the programmed intervals of 15,30 and 60 mins.
Looks like this app does not work from 10pm to 6 am even if we choose them to work.
Only works when opened
This app works great but only announces the time when opened and doesn’t work in the background like I originally was hoping it would work.
