Apple Pay Payment
YAP is a very convenient App for transferring money between my friends and family, not only that, it is also super beneficial and makes every day purchases so easy. By adding my YAP card to my Apple Pay Wallet, I tap it everywhere and at anytime especially when I am on a rush to buy things. I don’t need to carry my card around so that’s makes it a seamless and easy process.

4 Day review
Its been 4 days since I’ve been using YAP. Easily the top neobank in its category. I applied for a card mid last week and had someone deliver my package 3 days later. What I really like on here is the ability to create multiple virtual cards that really help control unnecessary spend. Aside from that, its just simple and straightforward unlike other banking apps that take away hours just trying to figure out how and where to navigate.

Waste of time
It’s been almost 3 months and my account hasn’t been activated. Every time I talk to customer service they say, “ Due to the large number of applications, we have received, your account activation will take longer than usual, but rest assured that we will do everything possible to get your account fully activated.”
Same automated text they repeat every time. If I can’t use the account or debit card then what’s the point?
I read reviews before downloading the app for the first time and people were saying their account still isn’t activated. Should’ve read more reviews and not opened an account.
