Actuflow app may help you to spend less time with your device.

The main goal of the app is to help to be focused, stay productive and use your phone less or more intentional.

If you ask yourself "How to use the phone less" or "How to stop mindlessly checking social media on iPhone". Or you often think that your phone is a source of distractions. Before starting deleting apps and turning off notifications to start "Digital Detox" you may try Actuflow.
Actuflow can show useful insights from your usage and help to gain healthy usage habit.

The idea behind is to always have a definitive intention before using your device. It's just like asking yourself "Why I need my phone right now"?

App has a simple and minimal interface that is focused on managing phone usage intentions.

The app reminds the user about previously added intention in the app after a selected period of time(1, 3, 5, 15, 25 minutes can be selected on adding intention form) by sending notification. Intention can be marked as successful or failed to track distractive intentions. All intentions are available on the Activities page and can be filtered by date.

No sign-up. All data is on your device.

Hope that the app will help you to investigate your phone usage habits and handle them.

Excellent app

Very simple interface and idea, but very effective for staying mindful about browsing. Thank you!

The only thing I’ve noticed is a lot of spelling errors. (I’m not trying to seem pedantic, as it certainly doesn’t take away from the app itself! Just a comment.)

Developer Response ,

Thanks for your feedback! Spelling errors in notification messages should be fixed in the next version.

This is an amazing app, and I’m happy and thankful it exists. It doesn’t seem like English is the native language of the developer, so I have some suggestions below to improve the notification messaging.

“Use your phone consciously, and return to the app after finishing your purpose.”

“What is the purpose of your unlock?”

Also it’d be really nice if we didn’t have to return to the app after finishing our purpose, but I’m not sure it’s possible given iOS restrictions. Hopefully it is possible, though!

Thanks for your feedback! Spelling errors should be fixed in the next version. Yes, you are right about iOS restrictions, but I'm working on it.

Cool concept but useless implementation

It’s a great concept, but the fact that you have to remember to open the app before you lock your phone makes it completely useless for me.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for your feedback. It seems like disadvantage and I understand your concern about using it, because it's so easy to just not open app before lock. I'm planning to implement iOS 14 widget that will show you current intention and maybe it will be easier not to forget.
