It works well

I can say, it works really well and now I can watch my movies on my TV instead of sitting at my computer desk

Crashed My Mac

The app did what I needed it to do—streamed an MKV movie from my Mac to my Apple TV. However, the first time I tried it, it crashed and flat out killed my Mac. I mean my Mac's fan fired up like crazy and then my Mac immediately turned itself off completly! It was frankly scary. I risked trying it again as this MKV file is of a restored version of one of my favorite childhood films and I really wanted to see it on my HDTV. I found an option to "Reduce CPU Usage" in MKStreamer's menus, and that seems to have fixed the problem.

Developer Response ,

Glad that you've found "Reduce CPU Usage" option! Based on your feedback we need to suspect there could be an issue with your Macs cooling. It is not a normal behaviour, we did not have any similar feedback. Besides we are constantly trying to improve our app in future updates.

Great Streaming App

It works - what more needs to be said? The videos are clear and seemless in their transmission.
