Beautiful Mood 4+

I never write reviews for anything but I felt like I needed to for this app. I was told to start tracking my moods by my therapist. She recommended I look for an app to help me with that. Now of course super popular apps showed up first when I searched but I didn’t like any of them. They all required super expensive monthly payments in order to use their app effectively. When I saw this app had no in app purchases, I was thrilled. Not only does this app track my moods, it allows me to choose the way I want to with colors and themes all for FREE! The colors are beautiful and the themes are perfect for every month of the year. They have ones for Halloween, Christmas, Autumn/fall, summer, July 4th, and many more super cute themes. I love how I can choose the colors I want for the theme I choose. It also recommends a color pallet for each theme if you’d like to keep the colors more traditional. Along with the endless theme and color pallet combinations, it allows me to add important dates, log multiple activities with their own mood attached. You can also see your reports for the past year, month, and week (possibly day idk yet). Overall, this app is more than what I was looking for in a mood tracking app. It makes it fun and pretty interactive. The colors also leave a beautiful aesthetic when opening the app. I love it so much and I’ll be using it all the time!

I never stick with anything but I’ve used this app for 557 days - 🤯! It is so helpful because when I get down into the 5s on my scale, I automatically start to think my depression is getting worse, etc… but with this app, I can go back and see its only been 2 days since I started going downhill and I remind myself ‘its okay’. I also like that you can attach activities to your scale. It is so helpful to see on the day after my Ketamine session, my scale goes down a a point but the next day I’m back to my 7 or 8s. I recommend this app to everyone especially for those suffering with depression. It’s good to know ‘I’m human and there will be bad days but the good days far outweigh the bad’. I love this app!

This app is so easy to use and I love the user interface. I also like how I can see my mood either visually, or in a calendar view. Logging my activities and journaling my feelings has helped me be more aware of the things I do that affect my mood.
I’ve tried using other apps but they’re too complicated for me, or bog me down with trials and in app purchases. However this is simple, free, and has friendly artwork that I think can appeal to anyone.
The best part is when I have my therapy and psych appointments I can refer to my log and understand it with ease. It makes it easier than trying to remember everything that happened in a week or a month.
