Does Not Work at All

Unfortunately, every time I open Magnets, it directs me to open Settings and sign into my iCloud account. I am already signed in; so signed in! Made sure that Magnets toggle was green. Still, I cannot get past the screen that tells me to go to Settings to sign in to iCloud. There is no developer's website for instructions about the settings, just a redirect to a Twitter feed. That is useless. I am not setting up a Twitter account! Zero stars for app support. So disappointed, after reading all the hype about this app.

I thought the problem might have something to do with beta testing new versions of iOS 14.2 on my iPhone. But, I put the Magnets update on my iPad. I still get the screen that redirects me to Settings with the directive to login to my iCloud account. This is so exasperating! I AM logged into my iCloud account. On my iPad, my iPad Pro, two personal MacBook Pros, my iMac, my work MacBook Pro, my iPhone, and my Watch. I cannot be anymore logged in!

We're very sorry to hear that and are looking into this issue. What helped in similar cases is verifying that Settings > iCloud > iCloud Drive is enabled as well. We hope that helps.

Cool app

Would love to be able to make a slide show album that people on the shared link could add to and the widget would shuffle through on an interval.

One picture that completely disappears when someone adds a new one is a little annoying.

I kind of see this as one of those WiFi photo frames people used to give family members at holidays.

Doesn’t open or update

The app worked the first couple of days, i could open the app, update the widget, see what the other ppl updated it as and everything, but the past few days the app is basically useless. I can’t open the app and it just shows a black screen for a split second and closes again. Also it doesn’t let me see the updated widget without opening the app and I can’t do that. It seems the only way to get it to work is to delete the app and download it again but it only works for abt 2 minutes and it goes back to not working pls fix this 😢😢
